We recommend that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your treatment and 5minutes before consultations or follow-ups in order to complete the necessary paperwork, change and get settled before we get started

For your first consultation, come with a light stomach and a relaxed mind. For a treatment session, please come with a light stomach and a scarf or cap to cover your head after the treatment. We will provide a towel, body wash and shampoo – you are welcome to bring your own.

Most body treatments are performed on the whole body without clothing. We provide clients with a wrap and the therapist will leave the room to allow you some privacy to remove your clothing and lie down on the bed. You will be covered with a towel during most treatments and only the part being treated will be exposed. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Disposable undergarments are available.

Yes, you may take a bath or shower before a treatment. We advise not to come for a treatment with wet hair, especially for Shirodhara or Indian Head Massage. As you will be massaged with special herbs and oils, please do not wear perfume, heavy aftershave or strongly scented lotions that might interfere with the treatment.

We import best quality and authentic Ayurvedic herbs & products from Nagarjuna Herbal Concentrates Ltd, Kerela, India. All therapies are administered by the practitioners themselves, should there be any adverse reactions, they will be taken care of immediately.

Unless being treated for health issues realted to the menstrual cycle, we do not advise being treated during the first three days of your cycle.

Yes, if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, please let us know before the start of any treatment.

We recommend leaving personal belongings and valuables at home. We do provide a lock box with a key. Please note that we are not liable for items that are damaged, lost or stolen.

We ask that you turn your cell phone off upon entering the Wellness Center to prevent disruption of services and to focus on the concepts explained during a consultation and receive the full benefits of treatments.
